I am an enthusiastic, highly-motivated and self-organized teacher and methodologist with rich multicultural experience and a giant desire to contribute to a quality educational process. I have been teaching languages devotedly for 12 years to students of all ages (from 1-year-old kids to adults). I have a degree of Master of Teaching and I have worked in a variety of educational settings having developed many valuable skills while teaching diverse groups of students with different educational and social backgrounds. I am adept at individualizing the curriculum to meet each student's different needs and designing resourceful lesson plans that accommodate differing learning abilities and interests. When needed I can effectively deal with any kinds of misbehavior. I am considerably passionate not only about the result of language acquisition but also about the very studying process to be enjoyable. I am especially good at enhancing students’ motivation for their gradual and cheerful involving into language learning. Thus, I make my every class truly encouraging and exciting with the help of authentic materials, hands-on activities and fun learning projects. Depending on students’ age I effectively practice TPR methods, pantomime, visualization and use audio aids. I always include the innovative integration of technology across the curriculum. Moreover, I constantly develop my teaching skills by expanding the knowledge of methodology and obtaining new teaching techniques through special courses and webinars. Besides, I communicate tactfully and effectively with other educators so that we all work as a united team to do our best for educational purposes.
