With over 11 years of dedicated teaching experience spanning across local and international settings, I bring a wealth of expertise to the realm of ESL (English as a Second Language) and expertise in Global Perspectives. Having served as the Head of Department in an esteemed international school in the Yangon, I orchestrated transformative learning experiences for students ranging from primary to tertiary levels. In Thailand, I further honed my craft, specializing in ESL instruction tailored to equip both primary and secondary level learners with essential language skills. Through innovative pedagogical approaches, I empowered students to navigate linguistic complexities with confidence and fluency, fostering a dynamic learning environment conducive to growth. Currently stationed in Yangon, I am entrusted with the role of an IGCSE ESL teacher, where I continue to shape young minds while also assuming the mantle of Head of Department for Global Perspectives. This multifaceted role allows me to instill not only linguistic proficiency but also a broader understanding of global issues, nurturing socially conscious individuals poised to thrive in an interconnected world. In addition to my teaching endeavors, I am passionate about professional development within the educational sphere. Hence, I have embarked on the journey of establishing my own training center, aptly named Teachers' Sense, where I am committed to providing comprehensive support and resources to fellow educators, ensuring they possess the tools needed to inspire and empower the next generation of learners.
