- About the Role:
- You will work with young learners, shaping their early education experiences in a fun and stimulating classroom environment.
- We are seeking someone passionate about child development and eager to create a positive learning environment for young children
- Responsibilities:
- Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students.
- Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures, student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning.
- Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space.
- Assessment: Document students learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes
-Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including office hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM 5:30 PM Weekends off Teaching Support: Work alongside 1-3 teaching assistants to ensure smooth and effective classroom management and instruction

- Bachelor s degree (no major limit)
- From the English native-speaking countries
- TEFLTESOLCELTA certificate or 2 years of teaching experience
- Non-criminal background
- Teaching experience with young children (ages 2-6) is preferred, but we welcome applicants without prior teaching experience
-Training will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role.
