-Going into our tenth year, we have a limited number of positions in primary grades available for the 2024-2025 academic year, starting in August
-Most of our foreign teachers are returning for their second or third year with the school
-Surat Thani International School is looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to join our amazing team of 19 foreign teachers and 25 Thai teachers to teach an American-based curriculum to the fun-loving children of Surat Thani

-About the Positions: These are primary homeroom teacher positions
-The homeroom teacher is responsible to teach English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Health
-The starting date is August 1, 2024
-However, the starting date can be delayed for the right people
-Position Details and Benefits: Salary: 50,000 THB to 60,000 THB per month based on qualifications and experience Contract: 11 and a half months School Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm Monday to Friday Teaching Hours: maximum of 25 teaching periods per week Class Size: maximum of 20 (kindergarten)25 (primary) students per class Paid Vacation: 35 days 1 week in October, 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year, 1 week in April, and 2 weeks in July Paid Holidays: Thai public holidays according to the school calendar Housing: Assistance is given to locate and secure housing
-Housing stipend starts in 2nd year
